Executive Board Meeting

The Executive Board Meeting will be held on Friday & Saturday, November 9-10, 2018 at The Marshall House in Savannah, Georgia.  The Finance Committee will also meet at The Marshall House on Thursday, November 8.  Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is 15 miles from The Marshall House or about a 23-minute drive.   Savannah / Hilton Head International Airport (SAV)

Materials will be loaded to BoardPaq as they are ready, but no later than 1 week prior to the meeting. We will include a code for materials to help you prioritize, and will also include the posted date. Materials will be coded with: 
RR - Required Reading
SR - Suggested Reading
IO - Informational Only

To log in to Board Paq:
1.        Go to https://www.boardpaq.com/BoardPaq2.        Enter your email
3.        Enter the following password:  Society1  (unless you have updated)
4.        Click the Login button
5.        You will now see your homepage that provides your information and lists your committee assignment (in this case - Executive Board)
6.        On the left hand side of the page you will see a calendar and underneath it several boxes that lists each day of our upcoming meeting
7.        Click on the date of the meeting agenda you would like to review
8.        From here you can click on the green button to add the meeting to your calendar and review the agenda and associated documents by clicking on each document.  Once you open a document you can add notes, highlight or annotate the document for your personal use
